Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the shipment date (or delivery date in specific cases — the return period begins when your order ships from our warehouse).

Eligibility & Conditions

  • Returns are accepted for unopened and undamaged bags only. We do not accept returns on opened, partially used, or damaged bags due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: If your litter arrives damaged (e.g., torn bag during transit) or if we sent the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you (the returning shipping will be on customers expenses.).

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at purrfriendlylitter@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if claiming damage/defect.
  2. We'll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method (we recommend keeping proof of postage).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund or send a replacement (typically within 5–10 business days after receipt). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
