Shipping Policy

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once processed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods, high demand, restocking, or holidays.

Return Window 30-day return period may start from the shipment date instead of the delivery date. We DO NOT accept open or damaged bags due to hygiene and safety reasons.That return shipping will be on customers expenses.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We are working on expanding to select international destinations in the near future — please check back or contact us for updates. (Made in Brazil with love for eco-conscious cat parents worldwide!)

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location, order size, and shipping speed selected.

  • Standard Shipping — 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping — 2–3 business days (e.g., USPS Priority or UPS 2-Day)
  • Freight / Bulk Orders (wholesale/large quantities) — 5–10 business days via freight carrier

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier performance, weather, (for future international) customs, or other factors beyond our control. Tracking is provided so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected method. We occasionally run free shipping promotions — check the product pages, cart, or our promotions section for current offers.

  • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
